Rico group fitness is where we put together and showcase our exercise to music style workouts/classes. We have Shadowboxing, Weightlifting, Mini Trampoline, Punch bag Kickboxing, Athletic/Dynamic movement and Dance formats of training and you can go to our YouTube page and start training right now if you wanted to.

We have been working on these classes for over 10 years and have presented them to tens of thousands of individuals along the way. We have never had a single workout related injury in the time-frame.

The workouts are for beginner to advanced and are extremely safe considering you do not do anything silly. I (Justin) prefer this style because I do not have to think and still get to challenge myself through a variety of great movement patterns without over-stressing my nervous system & spine, especially after sitting down in front of a screen for 6 hours - the last thing my body needs is an annoyingly grinding training session.

The Youtube channel contains individual tracks broken into 5 minute blocks from our different styles where you can create your own workout playlist based on how you would like to train for that session.
